चूंकि हनुमान जयंती हिंदू चंद्र कैलेंडर के अनुसार चैत्र पूर्णिमा को मनाई जाती है, इसलिए ग्रेगोरियन कैलेंडर पर यह तारीख हर साल बदलती है।

चंद्र कैलेंडर क्यों?

हनुमान जयंती चैत्र पूर्णिमा को मनाई जाती है – हिंदू चंद्र कैलेंडर में चैत्र महीने (मार्च-अप्रैल) की पूर्णिमा। चूंकि चंद्र कैलेंडर अंग्रेजी कैलेंडर के साथ पूरी तरह मेल नहीं खाता, ग्रेगोरियन कैलेंडर पर तारीख हर साल कुछ दिन बदल जाती है। आमतौर पर यह तारीख मार्च से मई के बीच आती है, लेकिन सबसे आमतौर पर अप्रैल में पड़ती है।
